02 Designing
Steel detailing and rebar detailing plans for angle sections, roofs, trusses, columns, foundation, and any other key structural element in the structure are provided by our team of structural designers and steel detailers. We can offer excellent structural designs because of our hands-on experience with precise structural design and structural 3D modeling.
Our structural engineers are capable of calculating structural loads such as live load, dead load, wind load, snow load, and more, as well as foundation design, retaining walls, roofs, beams, columns, slabs, and much more, for RCC, concrete steel, and timber structures.

03 Master Planning
Master plan is a dynamic long-term document which is the very first step of any designing process for future growth and development. it is a framework which the whole project is proceeded accordingly. Our process involves examining, analyzing, recommending the design and style of the building, surrounding infrastructure, local government requirements, housing, community facilities, land use, population.
Master planning is based on surveys, social conditions, existing developments and so on. In it, every detail, the purpose and the goal of a structure is included. With a master plan the whole project can go as expected as possible.
We take time to spent with team and the leadership of groups involved to listen to the needs. Communication allows flexibility and control over the project. Later, we process the meeting notes and produce a final statement of goals and with sketch of the project.
How We Design:
In designing process, we prepare different site design your review and comments and we produce other graphic sketches for study like floor plans, site plans and elevation.
After feedback and comments, we prepare the rendered master plan meeting the goals and objectives the program. Further, it develops as the project is implemented and progressed.
